The owner of iTaxi has over 20 years experience driving a taxi. She even put herself through collage driving a taxi. She always thought that there should be a better more affordable way to run a taxi service and at the same time care about the drivers. Well she thought about it for years and after she finished school and received her teaching degree she decided to create a new type of taxi service. So iTaxi was born. iTaxi was created in January of 2014 with one car and just over a year later we have 3 newer vehicles. She created iTaxi with the good old fashion customer service values and the latest in technology. We have the newest forms of navigation and vehicle tracking software in the cabs to try and give customers a more accurate eta on their cab. We pride ourselves on being honest with the customer. If we are backed up and it is going to take an hour to get to them be honest with the customer and tell them that. We have th cleanest cars and the lowest rates in Norman. We hope to get back to having the shortest wait time also.
